550 gr Flour

175 gr Butter

2 Eggs

125 ml of Water

1/2 tsp Salt

2 packs of Indomie Mi Goreng Aceh

2 tbsp Cooking Oil

1/2 onion (chopped)

2 Cloves Garlic (chopped)

150 gr Haas Beef (diced)

100 gr Carrots (diced)

50 ml of Water

Indomie Pastel

How to Cook:

  1. Pastel Wrappers: Mix all ingredients, knead until smooth. Take the mixture 40 grams each, round it. Place on a flat container. Rest for 15 minutes. Set aside.
  2. Pastel Filling: Put Indomie Mi Goreng Aceh in boiling water for 3 minutes, lift, drain, set aside. Heat the cooking oil, sauté onions and garlic until fragrant. Add Haas Beef, stir until the beef changes color. Add water, cook until the beef is half tender. Add carrots, cook until beef is tender. Add all the seasonings of Indomie Goreng Aceh, stir well. Lift.
  3. Final Step: Take 1 pastel wrapper mixture, roll it up to 0.5 cm thickness, fill with pastel filling material, cover the dough, twist the edges.
  4. Fry in cooking oil until it turns brown. Lift, drain, and it’s ready to serve.
